International Meeting on QFT (II)

Today we had a good review talk on noncommutative quantum field theory by M. Gomes from São Paulo U. He presented a good introduction about noncommutativity and talked mostly on supersymmetric theories. The second talk was by P. M. Neto from Rio de Janeiro Federal U. and it was about the Casimir effect. The presentation was good but with too many experimental data. It was a little bit out of the main topics of the conference. After lunch we went to a public PhD thesis defense about some condended matter topics. The last talk was given by A. Blin from Coimbra U. about the quantization of the metric conformal factor and its contribution to particle physics. So that is the end. Today was the last day.
