Road to loop quantum gravity

Christine Dantas has a nice selection of texts for people interested in loop quantum gravity in A basic curriculum for Quantum Gravity. There are introductory books on general relativity, quantum field theory, constrained systems, topology and differential geometry and then the LQG classics. People interested in string theory can also follow the same path and then change when the LQG references start. I think it is missing a book on the Standard Model. Zee's book is not enough for that. Also missing are some references for supersymmetry. LQG followers have little interest on these topics but like it or not we live with the Standard Model and supersymmetry is around the corner.
